National Technical Seminar
The 2024 National Technical Seminar will take place October 7-9, 2024, in Oak Brook, Illinois.
The AACT National Seminar conference is held annually during the fall to technologists in the sweet goods industry. The conference is comprised of non-commercial seminar presentations, round table discussions and social gatherings including the infamous Iron Confectioner competition. Presentations range from basics to innovations, providing the industry with practical information to help in understanding processes and ingredients used by their companies. Registration will open in spring 2024.
AACT Virtual Series
AACT’s Virtual Series takes place via webinar throughout the year to support continued education, cultivating relationships and advancing ideas, with emphasis on solving technical problems in confectionery. This series includes multifaceted virtual experiences such as demos, presentations, networking events, panel discussions and more.
